At Savanna-la-Mar Hospital, The Church of Jesus Christ donated hospital beds, transport stretchers, vital signs monitors, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, fetal monitors, and laundry equipment, strengthening the facility’s ability to provide care while improving conditions for both patients and healthcare workers.
The Church of Jesus Christ also supported Victoria Jubilee Hospital, Jamaica’s leading maternity hospital, through the donation of an ultrasound machine and thirteen cardiotocography (CTG) monitors. The initiative, carried out in partnership with Food for the Poor Jamaica, will help strengthen maternal and neonatal care through improved pregnancy monitoring and earlier detection of potential complications.
